4.       Students living near within 1 km radius of the school campus will be given more preference over other locations.

These will definitely affecting the parents who are looking for nursery school admission in Noida. This new rule will not be accepted by parents. In current year onwards, Delhi schools have revised the age criteria for nursery school admission child’s, by reducing it to 3+ old with an upper age limit of 4 years old. Because of it many parents have started looking at admissions in NCR schools nowadays. Few parents also seek to send their children to some of the top world schools in Noida, especially those residing in Noida nearby areas because of the closeness to the schools in the NCR region. As a result, this may not be possible during this academic season.
The total number of actual seats available for nursery school admission is very small number. The Government new rule claims that 25% of the seats in every school should be reserved for the EWS (Economically Weakers Sections) weaker sections of the society. Additionally, every school has a percentage allocated for School Staff Quota (children of the school's staff) and Management Quota.
Sibling quota is also helpful for children’s in school admission because most schools offer to the applicants if one or more of their siblings were study in the same school. Make sure you have to carry fee receipt of your sibling, to claim this point. Most of the schools have criteria for allocated for children of single parents.
